We've done this for ourselves. Built our own construction business from nothing. No leads, no contacts, no big bank account to carry us through the lulls if our plans didn't work... and converted to 250k+ turnover in just 6 months. And we want to give you the exact support that we built to make that happen.

Your Office Hub was born from both sides of the business journey. The hands-on trade and the behind-the-scenes operations that make it all work.

It started with Elliot, a tradie running a construction business who saw the growing demand for his work quickly outpace what one person could manage. As the jobs piled up, so did the paperwork, the scheduling, and the pressure.

At the same time, Tiaki with a background in Behavioural Science, Customer Experience & Bookkeeping, was working Part Time in Allied Health and running her own successful side hustle in web design, branding, and marketing business since 2019, supporting clients across Australia throughout industries from beauty to fitness, construction to baked goods.

When Elliot shared his idea to create real support for tradies like him, Tiaki knew she had the skillset to make it happen. Combining her operational expertise and creative systems thinking with his on-site experience and deep understanding of the trade industry made the partnership a no-brainer.

Together, they built a business that bridges the gap between chaos and clarity. With a passion for helping other small business owners find the structure, systems, and confidence they need to grow without burning out.
